Light foot traffic is safe after 24-48 hours. Furniture can go on after 3-5 days. Full use — including heavy planters and grills — should wait at least 7 days. Stamped patios may need an extra day or two for sealer to cure.

All concrete develops minor hairline cracks over time. However, properly installed patios with correct base preparation, air-entrained concrete, and well-placed control joints will have minimal, controlled cracking. Our mixes are engineered specifically for Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles.

Absolutely. We can pour a reinforced pad for a fire pit, build in a recessed fire ring, or leave a knockout section for a future fire feature. We recommend discussing fire pit plans during the design phase so we can reinforce and detail the slab accordingly.

Stamped concrete is the same structural material as broom finish — it's just textured and colored differently. Stamped patios do require periodic resealing (every 2-3 years) to maintain the color and protect the surface, but structurally they're equally durable.
