Sloped lots, graded to drain
Jackson Creek and Promontory Pointe driveways often run downhill toward the garage. We set grades so meltwater goes to the street, and lay out joints to suit the slope so cracking stays in the joints.
Well-draining ground
Decomposed granite and sandy soils drain on their own, so most Monument jobs pour on prepared native ground. Where a low spot or fill needs base, we bring it in. Where it doesn’t, we don’t sell it.
