Concrete contractor in Parker.
Parker’s neighborhoods were largely built in the 2000s and 2010s, which means a lot of original driveways and patios are reaching the age where they settle, spall or crack. We replace them with the same reinforced, air-entrained slab we pour at home in Colorado Springs.
Working in Parker from Colorado Springs
We don’t have a Parker office, and we won’t pretend to. Here is how it actually works.
About 50 minutes from our yard
Our yard is in north Colorado Springs, off I-25. Parker is about 50 minutes up the road. The drive is ours to manage, not yours: estimate visits are by appointment and pours are scheduled to a firm date.
Same crew, same spec
The crew that pours in Colorado Springs is the crew that pours in Parker. Same 4,000 PSI air-entrained mix, same #3 fiber rebar, same written spec and warranty on the contract.
Full projects, not small repairs
We take on Parker jobs from $6,500 up: driveway replacements, patios, walkway and entry packages. That size makes the trip worth doing right, and it is where the quality shows.
What Parker homeowners should know before they pour
Most Parker calls are replacements: a builder-grade driveway that settled at the garage, or a patio that never drained right. Stonegate, Stroh Ranch, The Pinery and Pradera all have HOA review, so every quote comes with a written spec sheet you can attach to the submittal.
Parker sits in the Cherry Creek basin, and some lots here do have clay. We shovel-test at the estimate and build to what we find. Where the ground calls for base prep we do it; where it doesn’t, we don’t sell it. We are also honest that concrete on clay can move, and we say so in writing.

- ✓Walkways & stepsFront walks, side paths, stoops and steps as part of a larger project.
What matters on a Parker lot
HOA-ready paperwork
Stonegate, Stroh Ranch, The Pinery and Pradera review driveway widths, finishes and colors. Your quote includes a spec sheet and a simple layout so the approval is a form, not a project.
Cherry Creek basin ground
Some Parker lots sit on clay. We check yours before pricing, prep and compact base only where the soil or drainage calls for it, and grade every slab to move water away from the house.
Replacing settled concrete
Newer subdivisions were graded and filled, and the original concrete often settled with them. When we replace it, we recompact where we regrade, reinforce with #3 fiber rebar that can’t rust, and cut joints the same day.
