These terms apply to the website creststoneconcrete.com and to the ways Creststone Concrete ("we," "our," or "us") communicates with you about your project. Creststone Concrete is the trade name of CC Concrete Castle Rock Ltd, doing business as CrestStone Concrete. By using the website, requesting an estimate, or contacting us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Estimates and Contracts

Estimates requested through the website or by phone are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is not a contract. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty for any job are set out in the written estimate and contract we provide for your signature, and that signed document governs the work. Nothing on this website changes the terms of a signed contract.

Prices shown on the website, including any starting or typical prices, are general guidance. Final pricing depends on the site, the scope and current material costs, and is confirmed in your written estimate.

Contacting You About Your Request

When you request an estimate or contact us, we use the phone number and email address you provide to respond, schedule your estimate, send your quote, and follow up on it. We may call or email you about your request without further consent. Automated text messages are covered by the text-messaging terms below and are sent only if you opt in.

SMS Terms (Text Messaging)

Program: Creststone Concrete project and estimate texts. When you check the "Text me about my estimate" box on one of our forms, reply to a text from us, or text one of our numbers, you agree to receive text messages from Creststone Concrete about your quote, your estimate appointment, your project, and, after a job, a request for a review.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies with your project. Expect a few messages around your estimate and quote, and occasional messages while a job is active.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also tell us by phone or email and we will stop.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (719) 631-2660 or john@creststoneconcrete.com.
• Not a condition of purchase: You can get an estimate and hire us without agreeing to text messages.
• Marketing texts: We only send seasonal or promotional texts if you separately agree to them, for example by replying YES when we ask whether to check back in. You can stop those at any time with STOP.
• Privacy: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls and Recording

Calls to and from our business phone numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record-keeping. A notice plays at the start of recorded inbound calls. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call or contact us by email instead.

Using the Website

You may use the website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to submit false or misleading information in our forms, not to use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the site, and not to interfere with the website's operation or security.

The text, photos and graphics on this website belong to Creststone Concrete or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
